To create and send your own invoice to Gigapay, you must have registered as a soletrader or a company. To get paid for your collaborations through Gigapay, follow these straightforward steps to invoice correctly. This option is always free.
1. Setup Your Account*:
To be able to set up your account for invoicing Gigapay, you will first have to add your invoicing details, you can do so by following these steps:
Navigate to “Settings” and “Working Status”
Choose your status as either “Soletrader” or “Company”
Enter your invoicing details and “Save”
2. Choose Payment Method:
Locate the specific payment you wish to invoice for in “Home”. Once you have accessed the payment page, review and ensure that your “Company info” matches the entity issuing the invoice. Click on the “Now” payment option to proceed, there are two options to choose between.
3. Provide Bank Information:
Input your bank account details for receiving funds and double-check the bank information is correct to ensure seamless payment.
4. Review and Accept Payment:
Review the payment details to ensure accuracy and agree to the terms and before you accept the payment.
5. Create and Send Your Invoice:
Use the invoice details provided by Gigapay:
Include Gigapay’s invoicing information
Add the assigned order reference number
Set the payment due date to 15 days from the invoice date
Attach the invoice in PDF format
Send it to the provided invoicing email address with the order reference number in the subject line
6. Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email once the invoice is received, if you do not get confirmation or a rejection email, ensure that both the invoice and the email subject contain the order reference are correct and try resending.
After you have accepted the payment the payout process will be initiated. Normally the money will arrive in your account 15 days after the invoice has been received and accepted by Gigapay.
Note! Once the payment has been accepted, it is not possible to change any details connected to the payment itself.
