Using Gigapay, your client creates payments for you to accept and receive. Whenever a new payment is made available for you we will send you an email or SMS to the contact details that you have registered. Make sure to create an account to be able to receive your payment.
Once you have received a payment message you can login into Gigapay or follow the link in the email or SMS to access your payment.

After you have logged in, you will be able to see the list of payments available for you to claim on your homepage.
If you have received an invitation for a payment and you are unable to see it on your homepage, we advise you to reach out to our support, and we'll swiftly investigate and resolve any potential issues for you.
"Payment" page
If you navigate to the payment page you will be able to see who sent you the payment, the amount as well as a any deductions made due to the payout method or working status chosen for this payment.
Depending on your country and status you will see different payment options:
When you do not have a company: There will be a fee for receiving money (it can be up to 4% depending on your client)
If you have a company: There will be a fee for getting automated invoices (it can be up to 2% depending on your client), or you can send us your own invoice for free.
You can change your working status and add your company information by going to your settings when logged in. Feel free to contact our support if you are experiencing trouble to change your working status.
Depending on your location and working status, you will be able to receive the payment through a bank transfer, PayPal, or Swish (Sweden).
After you have accepted a payment it can take up to 3 days for the money to arrive in your bank account or PayPal account. Look for a payment with the name Gigapay in your bank record.
If you chose the manual invoicing option, then you have to send us your invoice to receive the payment. Our financial system will pay you on the indicated date (15 days after accepting the payment).
