Where is my money?
Updated this week

I have not accepted my payout

With Gigapay it will be your client, that will create payments for you. When you login into your account, double-check that your account is connected to your client, the sender of the payment. You can see the companies you are connected to on your dashboard. You know if you have been connected if you are able to see your client's name on the page.

After completing a work assignment and creating your Gigapay account it can take from a few days up to 30 days (depending on your client) for a payment to show up on your home page.

We will send you a notification by email or SMS for each payment that becomes available for you to collect.

I have accepted my payout

If you have accepted a payment and cannot see the money in your bank account after 3 days, make sure to double-check the following:

  • Bank account number: You can check the details by clicking on settings in the menu bar at the top of the page when logged in, then click on Banking Information to access your details.

  • Is your bank experiencing technical issues.

  • If you are a Swedish user and choose to get paid through Swish, make sure that you have provided us with your own phone number, as we are unable to pay to a phone number that is not connected to you.

  • If you have invoiced us, make sure that you sent your invoice to the correct email address. Double check with the email address you received from us in the instructions for your payment. We normally pay the invoice 15 days after you have accepted it in Gigapay. Please also make sure that :
    - Your invoice is in a PDF format.
    - Your invoice contains our payment reference number.
    - In case of multiple invoices, each invoice is in a separate email.
    - The same bank account number is used in your invoice and in your Gigapay settings.

If you have double-checked the above and still have not received your payment, please leave us a message at support@gigapay.co or by clicking on the support chat when logged in.
