I haven’t received an invitation code. What should I do?

Don't worry, your client is preparing your invitation. Please be patient. You'll receive an email when you're ready to onboard.

My invitation code is not working. What should I do?

If your code is incorrect or not accepted, please contact Gigapay Support for help. Include the email address you used to receive the code.

Does the invitation code expire?

No, the invitation code does not expire. You can use it at any time to complete your onboarding.

Where will I find my invitation code?

The invitation code is sent to the email address you provided to your client.

I haven’t received an invitation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If it’s still not there, reach out to your client or Gigapay support to have the invitation resent.

Tip: If you have multiple email addresses, make sure to check all of them, including your spam or promotions folder.
